The Opus by Omniyat

Opus Tower is a 21-storey mixed-use building in Business Bay. Known as an architectural wonder, Opus Tower is famous for its impressive design. The infrastructure of the tower is an ideal blend of art and technology. The cubic building has a fluid-like void at the centre which gives it a unique look. The centre of the cube is made of blue-tinted glass while the outer part uses black glass.

Built by Omniyat Properties, Opus Tower is designed by the famous award-winning Iraqi designer, architect Zaha Hadid. The tower is also referred to as Opus Tower by Zaha Hadid. The structure stands on 2,000,000 sq. ft. of an area with office spaces, a club, restaurants, and ME Hotel. The project commenced in 2007 and was completed in 2018. Omniyat Properties claims that each luxury serviced unit is furnished and the fixtures used are handpicked by Zaha Hadid. The property configuration is a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

Business Bay is one of the most popular professional and residential hubs in Dubai. It is located near the Dubai Canal in the neighbourhood of Downtown Dubai. It is a well-known area among investors and was the 9th most popular area to buy apartments in Dubai according to the Bayut’s 2019 Real Estate Market Report.
